Code of Conduct
BridgeMUN is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all participants.
All delegates, advisors, and staff must:
- Treat others with respect and professionalism
- Follow conference rules and CRLS policies
- Refrain from harassment, bullying, or disruptive behavior
- Wear appropriate business attire
- Respect school property
Violations may result in warnings, removal from committee, dismissal from the conference, and/or notification of school administrators.
Report concerns to Secretariat, staff, or advisors immediately.

BridgeMUN does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind. This includes verbal, nonverbal, physical, or digital conduct that creates a hostile or unsafe environment.
Harassment based on race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.
Report incidents to Secretariat, staff, or an advisor as soon as possible. Violations may result in removal from the conference and notification of school administrators.
Retaliation against anyone who reports misconduct will not be tolerated.
Academic Integrity
BridgeMUN expects all delegates to uphold the highest standards of academic honesty.
- Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
- All sources used in position papers must be properly cited.
- AI tools may assist with brainstorming or editing, but submitted work must reflect the delegate's own understanding and authorship.
- Delegates must be able to explain and defend their work.
Violations may result in disqualification from awards, removal from committee, or dismissal from the conference.
Questions about citation or AI use should be directed to the Secretariat.

BridgeMUN may take photos and videos during committee sessions and ceremonies for promotional and educational use.
By attending, participants acknowledge that media may be shared on:
- Instagram: @crls.mun
- Official hashtag: #BridgeMUN
If you do not consent to being photographed or recorded, notify the Secretariat or indicate this during registration.
Delegates are encouraged to post responsibly, use #BridgeMUN, tag @crls.mun, and obtain consent before posting identifiable images of others.
Inappropriate or policy-violating posts may result in disciplinary action.
Medical & Emergency
BridgeMUN prioritizes the health and safety of all participants.
In the event of a medical emergency:
- Immediately notify a Secretariat member, staff member, faculty advisor, or CRLS staff.
- Call 911 if the situation is urgent or life-threatening.
- Do not move an injured person unless necessary for safety.
- Follow all instructions from school staff and emergency responders.
All delegates should inform their advisor of any relevant medical conditions prior to the conference.
Conference staff will coordinate with CRLS administration and emergency services as needed. Faculty advisors and guardians will be notified promptly in the event of a serious medical concern.
For non-emergency health issues, notify a staff member so appropriate assistance can be arranged.
