What time should delegates arrive?
Registration will open prior to the Opening Ceremony. Delegates are expected to arrive on time and remain for the full duration of the conference unless prior arrangements have been made with advisors and the Secretariat.
What is the dress code?
Business professional or Western business attire is required. This includes suits, blazers, dress shirts, blouses, slacks, skirts, or dresses. Clothing must be appropriate for a school setting.
Are position papers required?
Position paper requirements vary by committee. Please review your committee background guide for specific instructions. All submissions must follow BridgeMUN's Academic Integrity Policy.
What awards are offered?
Awards may include:
- Best Delegate
- Outstanding Delegate
- Honorable Mention
Award eligibility requires adherence to all conference policies.
What should I bring?
- A notebook or legal pad
- Writing utensils
- A fully charged laptop (if permitted)
- Printed research materials
- Snacks (if allowed by school policy)
Is food provided?
Food is not provided by the conference. Delegates should plan to bring their own meals or visit nearby options. Harvard Square is a short walk from CRLS and offers many choices, including:

What if I feel sick or there is an emergency?
Immediately notify a Secretariat member, advisor, or CRLS staff member. In emergencies, 911 will be contacted. Nearby medical facilities include Cambridge Health Alliance – Cambridge Hospital and Atrius Health. See the Medical & Emergency section for details.
What behavior is expected in committee?
Delegates are expected to:
- Engage respectfully in debate
- Follow parliamentary procedure
- Avoid personal attacks
- Maintain professional decorum
Disruptive behavior may result in disciplinary action.
Can I use my phone during committee?
Phone use should be limited and professional. Chairs may restrict phone use during formal debate. All digital conduct must follow conference policies.
May I post on social media?
Yes. Delegates are encouraged to use #BridgeMUN and tag @crls.mun. Please obtain consent before posting identifiable photos of others and ensure posts reflect professionalism.
What if I need accommodations?
Delegates requiring accommodations should inform their advisor and contact the Secretariat in advance so appropriate arrangements can be made.

Where is the conference held?
BridgeMUN is held at Cambridge Rindge & Latin School, located at 459 Broadway, Cambridge, MA 02138. The school is accessible by public transit (MBTA bus routes and the Red Line at Harvard Square).
Where do buses and cars park?
Bus drop-off and parking information will be communicated to registered advisors before the conference. Street parking and nearby public lots are available for individual vehicles.
